OBSERVATIONS:
Mike 197 has recently suffered an AI death within his Advanced Neural Interface, the AI Epsilon had died while still connected with his mind and as a result has caused his state of mind to change drastically. Though this is not the first AI he has lost, it is the first to have died while a strong neural connection was present. This of course has warranted for an immediate Psychological Evaluation. At the time of this report Mike (Or Angel as he wishes to be called) blames himself for the loss of the Epsilon AI, this has been a common thing for him to do as he has lost multiple team members ether through firefight or electronic warfare. most cases of team members dying have been because of exponential odd against his team or because of events that were out of his control. Angel of course blames himself for each team member death under his command, but because of his rank in ONI SECTION V he has dismissed all previous Psychological Evaluations. Due to Epsilons death being out of his control and with Epsilon still connected to his mind Angel's state of mind has shifted, blaming himself is not the only thing that is causing distress, personal have reported violent outbursts and destruction of doors (of all things). Due to this I am recommending temporal discharge for rehabilitation, continued service at this moment could cause more problems and the unnecessary destruction of doors. It would also be my recommendation that AI pairing be put on hold indefinitely UNTIL another assessment is finished.
